Excellent pictures Chad!! I'm pretty open about C&C (Comments and Criticism), even if you didn't ask.
I love the composition of all of these photos. The only things that look awkward to me are in pics #2 and #6, they look just a tad off-kilter (i.e. the house is leaning). These are super easy fixes with any photo editing software. I have the same problem constantly, I can't judge straight at all. Picasa, a free google software, has a great straightening tool.
Nice pics, it really does make me miss the snow and woods of the Rockies.

Looking again at #6, it looks good. Nicely done.
You can see where I've had the same problem. My photos at picasaweb.google.com/mr.sherwood show a few that are still off even after editing them.
